Do we learn from what we see?

Do we learn from what we see?

We all love to watch movies and series, right?

That is why it is important to see things that they contribute to us, and here we have some suggestions, which in addition to being very entertaining, will bring wonders to your life.

1.  inside out

This film leaves us a very nice lesson for both children and adults, and that is that you don't have to hide your emotions, you have to express them all and that's fine.

None can be deleted. Instead of hiding or avoiding feelings like sadness, anger and disgust, you have to know them. Understanding why we react in certain ways to certain circumstances helps us to manage our conflicts. Mainly, because analyzing what we feel in difficult moments allows us the healthiest response. Accepting each of the emotions is the main lesson of the film. All of them are part of our identity. If children begin to know themselves, their relationship with the environment and others can be more harmonious.

Do not force happiness, sadness is necessary for well-being, like anger, fear and displeasure.

2. Greys anatomy

"If you are not willing to keep looking for the light in the darkest places, even when it seems impossible, then you will never succeed."

That phrase was said by Amelia Shepherd and it is very meaningful and useful in family life.

The family will not be perfect all the time, there will be fights and it will also be fine, the important thing is to solve the problems and no matter how difficult it is, you always have to look for the light and the good side of the discussions.

"Just because something is irreparable does not mean that it is completely broken."

That phrase is from April Kepner and she's right.

The family will have arguments and at the moment we may feel that everything is lost, but it will only be for the moment of anger, it does not mean that it is like that.

3. Anne with an E

This story set in the late 1890s and filmed on Prince Edward Island has as its central protagonist an 11-year-old orphan girl named Anne Shirley, who after living in several foster homes and suffering different types of abuse arrives at the house by mistake. Marilla and Matthew Cuthbert, two farmer brothers. Anne's arrival will not only impact the lives of the elderly Cuthbert but will also cause a revolution in their small town called Avonlea.

Some Lessons of feminine power that 'Anne With An E' leaves us are:

-The gift of resilience.
-You can be happy without a man.
-Go against the current.
-Breaking the barrier of stereotypes.
-You are free to choose your partner.
-Be proud of your roots.
-Don't give up your dreams for a man.
-Open your mind to new things.

4. Coco

Coco tells the story of Miguel, a boy who wants to be a musician despite the fact that music is forbidden in his family. Fate will lead him to cross to the side of the dead, to learn about his family history and to understand why his family behaves the way they do.When we see death as something dark, we separate it from life, as if they were different things. This film teaches us how to live death accepting it as an inescapable part of life, and how death can be colorful, happy, a party and a bond in the family.

some important lessons for our life are:
- Better understand the importance of family and feel more proud of our own.
- Enhance our self-concept.
- Be persistent with what we want.
