Cheerleading is a sport from the United States, both mixed and feminine, that mainly combines gymnastics, acrobatics and dance, all accompanied by very fast and moving music in accordance with the fleeting movements of the cheerleaders. It is a very complete sport at the same time that it is sacrificed, and it is considered one of the most dangerous sports in the world, due to its enormous difficulty and high risk in routines. These combine a series of elements that are: formations, acrobatics, mortals, jumps, movements, dance and spirit. These seven elements are the foundation of a good cheer routine.



Tips to be a good cheerleader:

1. Always stay tight, so that things go better for you.

2. You have to have a lot of confidence.

3. You have to risk doing gymnastics or whatever.

4. You must have a lot of discipline and you must try hard.

5. You must have a lot of patience since we don't all get quick exercises.

6. When it comes to learning, you must be focused so that you know how everything is done.

7. In cheerleading everything is in steps, do not rush because things will not work out in the best way.

8. Cheerleading is about love, dedication, and patience.


To finish I want to tell you that sport is very beautiful, and more so when you make friends and we all support each other, we are very happy if someone from the team gets a gymnastics element that it costs them to get out, I hope my tips work for them, thank you very much.
