This applies to all your devices and not just your cell phone, when you charge your things you are filling them with energy, if you let this energy be over-stored, so now your battery will discharge faster and charge slower because it lacks this excess of energy that you applied when you charged all night.



2.cheap is always expensive


these are what we mean when you find a "free" program or copy of a paid program / game. Most of the time these programs only seek to steal your data, or failing that, to infect you with a virus or worse spy on you, so always before downloading, check reviews and the source from which you are downloading, so that you do not get a surprise and for saving the paid version your computer / softward gets infected

3.Cover your camera


Continuing with the thread of the previous point, this seems unnecessary, but in reality it is one of the most important for all your devices, if you are not using your camera, cover it with whatever you have on hand, from a sticker to a specialized gadget for do this, because you never know when your computer or other item may be infected and spying on you, being that the camera is an easy point.





 4. control volume levels

You can develop hearing problems If you are not careful when handling the volume of your device it is possible that it ends up affecting your hearing, especially when the habit of listening to music or the radio at night is constant. To avoid this, you must ensure that the volume is low, it is recommended that it be lower than the volume that is maintained in a normal conversation.




5.Use the night light option at night

Melatonin is a hormone that is responsible for regulating the day-night cycle, in other words, it is responsible for telling the body when to go to sleep and when to wake up. Indeed, as you are thinking, the fact that you use the phone at night is making your sleep quality worse, with its corresponding consequences: you do not rest, you do not perform at work, everything costs you more, etc.

To reduce (not avoid) the effect that the use of screens at night has on the body, it is usually recommended to use some type of filter that helps the temperature of the light to increase. This is done by some apps like Flux, which added an orange screen that made it more pleasant to use the mobile at night.
