TIPS TO COMTROL  ANXIETY.

Anxiety can be normal in stressful situations, such as speaking in public or taking a test. Anxiety is just one indicator of an underlying illness when feelings become excessive, at all times and interfere with everyday life. It can be described as a feeling of unease, nervousness, worry, fear or panic about what is about to or may happen. While fear is the emotion we feel in the presence of a threat, anxiety is a sense of a danger, problem or threat that is about to happen.
Some examples of anxiety disorder are: generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder (social phobia), specific phobias, and separation anxiety disorder. You can have more than one anxiety disorder. Sometimes anxiety arises from an illness that requires treatment.

SOME OF THE TIPS THAT I COULD RECOMMEND WITH THE HELP OF EXPERTS ARE:

  • Talk to your family or your friends when you feel nervous or scared.
  • Stay away from substances or peolple that disturb you.
  • Exercise, meditation or things that distract and relax you.
  • Eat healthy food goods for you.
  • Make sure you get enough sleep and rest.
  • know how to set limits, not overdoing the study or job.
  • Learn to identify negative thoughts and question them.
  • Know how to ask help , since people tend to burden ourselves with too many tasks.
Your worries may not go away on their own and may get worse over time if you don't seek help. Visit your doctor or a mental health professional before your anxiety worsens. It is easier to treat if you get help early.
